Processing Times
We offer both ready-to-ship and handmade custom products.
Ready-to-Ship Items
- Orders containing only ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped on the next Saturday following your purchase.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
- Custom products require a minimum processing time of two (2) weeks before shipment.
- Processing time may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume. If this happens, we will contact you.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and custom items, the order will generally ship together once all items are completed unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.
Once your package has been accepted and scanned by the postal carrier, BienFab is no longer responsible for shipping delays, transit times, weather-related interruptions, or other carrier-related issues.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. BienFab is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, when available. Customers should use the tracking information provided to monitor their shipment.
If your package appears to be lost after it has been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
