Welcome to BienFab. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Products

Many BienFab products are handmade. Because of this, slight differences in color, pattern placement, fabric, or finish are normal and make each item unique.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Orders

BienFab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
  

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

Custom Orders

Custom orders begin production after payment is received. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and begin after the processing period has been completed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, BienFab is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the carrier.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, logos, graphics, website content, and branding are the property of BienFab and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

BienFab’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or shipping delays.

Changes

BienFab reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
